Hello!

Willowfield is a Church family made up of all ages and backgrounds. Many of us live locally to Willowfield; others travel in from around Belfast. If you join us on Sunday you will find us informal and relaxed. Everyone is welcome.

Although we dearly hope that you will find us welcoming, our deepest desire is that you will experience God’s welcome above anything else. If you are feeling weary, He offers you rest. If you are coming feeling broken, He offers you comfort and care. If you come having failed and long to begin again, then He offers His grace and friendship.  

We are convinced that God enjoys being with his people when they gather and because He is present, we have big expectations that He will meet us in the here and now, through the Bible and by the Holy Spirit.

Beyond Sundays, it matters to us that we reach out to the people who live in the streets all around our church building.  We want to bless and serve our neighbours who may be uncommitted and unconvinced about the Christian life.  It is our top priority to impact our community in East Belfast with the good news of Jesus Christ so that others experience the joy of knowing the Lord Jesus who is full of grace and full of truth. We do this through practical service as well as actively sharing the Good News.
