Pentecost Sunday

This Sunday, Pentecost Sunday, is as significant a day for Christians as Easter Sunday or Christmas Day. It is the day when we recall how the Holy Spirit was poured out on the early disciples on the Day of Pentecost and the infant church was born. It is in effect the Church’s birthday.

Please join us at our services on Sunday 24th May (Pentecost Sunday). The same service times as usual – 10am, 11.30am, 5.30pm and 7pm.

We will also be saying ‘good–bye’ to Ross Wilson at each of these services as he, Sonia and their children move on and Ross starts his new role as Rector of St John’s, Orangefield.

At 11.30am we are especially welcoming those who have roots elsewhere than in the UK and ROI. At 7pm, Jo Robinson from Crosslinks will be our guest speaker.
