My name is Simon, I am 20 years old and i have just recently been appointed the Sound and Technical Developer here at Willowfield and have been part of Willowfield Parish Church for the past 5 years.

I am originally from Kilkeel, but have also lived in Sheffield and Cork! I attended Newtownbreda High School and left school after i finished my GCSE's. I then moved into full time employment for Production House who are a professional Audio Engineering company, while working at PHG i worked at a wide variety of concerts and shows; this experience in the production industry has proved extremely useful in my current role at Willowfileld.

I left PHG in late 2007 to do a GAP year at Willowfield, during this time i worked mostly with young people alongside Jasper and Zara. It was during my GAP year i started to work with New Wine Ireland. In the past few years, I have continued to work with New Wine Ireland 3 days a week, and have recently started working part time with PHG.

My passion is to move the multimedia side of our services forward to enable people to engage with worship and church in new and relevant ways, but also to improve the quality of the production side of our services. I also believe in encouraging and equipping new volunteer's.
