Hi everyone, my name is Zara, I’m 24 and I’m one of the Youth Workers here at Willowfield. I’m originally from Coleraine (which doesn’t mean I live in the country!) but have been living in Belfast for around four years while I was at University at Queens studying Theology. I am now in to my third year at Willowfield. My job includes schools work, detached work, drop-ins in the Micah Centre, a girls group, discipleship groups and Active Youth.

I’ve been married to Chris since February, 2009, and I am still getting used to being called Mrs Monteith and not 'Kirkpatrick'! It is all very exciting starting this new phase of life together and getting settled in to married life. Chris currently works in F.G. Wilson in Larne after completing his Biomedical Engineering Degree in Jordanstown.

One of my big passions is music. For two years now I have been part of the worship team here in Willowfield and love leading people in worship. I sing, play the piano and in secret I play a bit of guitar! I'm also a bit of a TV box-set addict.... I love One Tree Hill, ER, West Wing, Grey’s Anatomy, Prisonbreak…the list is endless!
