Hi I am Katie and I am one of the Children's Workers. My job includes teaching RE in local schools, running Homework Clubs and getting involved with Kidz Klub. I am very excited about a new group called E2L, this is specifically aimed at children for whom English is not their first language, we aim to develop language skills while having lots of fun.

I am married to David and we have a daughter, Felicity (or Flick) who brings us so much joy and constantly makes us laugh. We moved to Ireland when Flick was 2 weeks old, we are enjoying our new Irish home – however I still get lost most days!!!

I went to university in York where I gained a degree in Theology and then started Teaching. I moved to Leeds , met David and taught for 7 years and the rest as they say is history…

As a couple our free time has changed so much since having Flick, now we long for dry days when we can go to the swings or take walk – but we love it!
