| Our ’08 Annual General Meeting (Easter Vestry) | |||
| On Thursday 13th March at 7.30pm in our newly re-furbished Church there is a special meeting for all our parishioners where we will hear reports on the life and work of our parish and take time to look at our vision for the way ahead. There will be several interesting, informative, challenging and encouraging reports. There is so much happening in our Parish and so many good stories to tell of things that you may not be aware of. We will also elect church wardens and a new Select Vestry to serve for the rest of the year as well as other office bearers. All of this will be set in the context of an evening of worship and prayer led by our worship team. |

| Special Holy Week and Easter Services at Willowfield | |||
Easter falls really early this year. Indeed the Monday of Holy Week, the 17th March, is also St Patrick’s Day and so on that evening there will be a special cultural event which will include Irish food, Irish music and a presentation of the message that Patrick brought to Ireland over 1600 years ago. It’s fitting what we celebrate Patrick’s life and hear his message in the week we remember all that Jesus did for us as he went to the Cross. |

| Thursday 20th March (Maundy Thursday) | |||
On Thursday of Holy week we will have an evening together around food and finishing with a short service of Holy Communion. We will bring together all our Home Groups and so many other parishioners and members of parish organisationsas possible for an evening focussing on The Cross. There will be worship, some meditation on The Cross,, reading and some teaching from the Bible as well as some testimonies and an opportunity to be together with the whole church. It’s good for us to bring together people from each of our five church services and for us to meet together around the cross, around the Lord’s table and in an atmosphere of hearing what God is doing in our lives. |

Good Friday 21st March |
|||
At 8.00pm in our Church we will have a special Good Friday service. Good Friday is such a significant day and it seems to me that all of us should make coming together to think about and thank God for the great price Jesus paid for our forgiveness a priority. So hope you will be there. |
